Honestly, I love the hard working little Doggos, and while I can get that you might found the sound of dozens of happy Doggos unsatisfying, I don't see why you want rid of the sound effect. I might get it if you wanted it to be less often - dog barking can be an issue when you surpass 200 population, which you normally shouldn't be.

Each to their own - but the best option you have is to stay scrolled out further (to reduce villager sounds) or just turn down/off the SFX. Don't know why you totally want rid of it though.
