redistribute resources error

I have uploaded the entire RTR profile that I am having trouble with. It can be found at:

System:

CPU - Intel I7-9750H

RAM - 16Gb

DISK - 450Gb (362Gb left) NVME M.2

GPU - NVIDIA RTX 2060 (and Intel integrated graphics, both fail)

Stickers - None :P

 

The entire log file can be found in the profile folder as well (no need to worry, I put it there, not the game.)

Multi-Threaded AI

Being the performance nerd that i am, i couldn't help but notice RTR's AI seems to be single threaded. One core on my CPU seems to be maxed out while the others kind of bum around at 20%. Would it be possible to see an update in the future that adds multi-threaded AI? With that bottleneck out of the way, i bet there would be quite a performance increase.
