Not sure if this has been mentioned or not, so here goes:
- As people gain XP, grant these as rewards:
- Faster jobs
- More efficient (ex. farmers yeild 2 plants instead of one)
- Become masters and able to better teach fellow people
- Ability to see "To next level"
- Outfits change as they become "Masters"
Just my ideas... but so far love the direction it is headed!
