Welcome to the all-new Retro-Pixel Castles website! I've taken a short break from working on the game to put together this little community website for all of us to use. Feel free to register and poke around! This page will be your one-stop-shop to get all the bleeding edge information about RPC.

The site is designed to be a fun, entertaining place to chat not only about Retro-Pixel Castles, but also about gaming and game development in general. You're more than welcome to head on over to our forums and chat about anything you like. Also, our forum is setup with many awards and incentives for being an active participant in the community that will be displayed in your profile. For example the first 100 registered accounts will get a "The First One Hundred" banner and if you're a member of JGO with over 20 posts, or a member of the SixtyGig commnunity you will also be awarded a community banner for coming over here and showing your support!

Please enjoy the website, and be sure to let me know if you have any trouble! I look forward to all of you joining and starting up a nice little community here.

Thank you for visiting and I'll see you on the forums! :)

Game and website both look great; Great job, and I hope to see this progress. :)

Edit: Hmm, my post count doesn't seem to be updating

after the duplicate post was deleted.

It'll catch up eventually. The forums periodically recount the entire website and update all the statistics. Mines also higher than it should, because I deleted all the test topics I created before launching the site.

Its so... Pretty! The villagers in the background are adorable, and I love the bouncing logo, it seems to go with every song I put on... Great job on the website/game, can't wait for another demo!

Nice to see you got the villagers fixed!

EDIT: The "Post" formular should disappear and the site refresh when you post something, that's why the double-posts i guess.

Put in a flood filter for posting. The doubleposts should be eliminated (or at least cut down) for now. :)

Normally the forum should forward/refresh when you post, looking into why that's no longer happening.

A slight problem, I have my browser zoomed in (zooming in to much is what causes the problem), and up the top where you press your username and it displays the actions, it goes over to the left behind the "Retro Pixel Castles" logo, making it pretty much impossible to read any of the left hand side actions.

Everything looks so good! Anyway, as a heads up, there is an issue with the user dropdown being behind the RPC logo ;)

Edit: Ninja'd :D

Nice work, amazing site! It looks so clean and perfect. I especially like how the post editor has live formatting.  :)

It's great to see that the website is finally up. It's coming along very well!

minus the annoying drop shadows...

Also, I been testing the game on Xubuntu 12.04 a couple days ago. It ran perfectly. I may deliver some screenshots of it running in a few.

Amazing work!
