Buildings double-check

So i'm sure there are plenty of buildings planned in the game, and i'm sure the list is huge. But I wanted to just throw out every type of building I have in my head. This is just to make sure that perhaps a type of building wasn't thought of or was missed in the process.

 

- Tavern

- Temple

- Monastery 

- Cathedral

- Circus 

- Manor 

- Castle (Wood/Stone/Fortified)

- Livestock pen

- Beacon (Don't know what it would be for...)

- Dock

- Blacksmith's shop

- Alchemist's shop

- Mage tower

- Barracks

- Wonder (An expensive building that provides a bunch of misc. bonuses?)

- Arsenal

- Automaton construction (Yay for medieval robots)

- Stables

- Hunter's hut (Where hunters are assigned)

- Mine (A really slow way to get unlimited crystals?)

- Fence (To keep livestock in, doubles as a really weak wall)

- Market 

- Seige works (Catapults, ballistas...)

- Cart (Mobile drop point?)

- Hospital

- School

- Forward station (Another building that can be built out of range of the town hall. it doesn't provide range itself, but it is a small watchtower to protect villagers that roam far from home, like hunters and other forms of scavengers?)

- Traps (In water and Land)

- Abandoned Asylums (Cause that is freaky)

- Brothel (Hey... they exsisted right?)

- Opium den (See above)

- Library

- University (School for grown-up villagers)

- Statues 

- Hall (A place villagers gather around?)

 

 

 

So yeah. Hopefully this list catches some buildings that might have slipped through.

Great list! Just keep in mind that even though Ray is planning on adding a lot more buildings to the game, also keep in mind that too much can also be a bad thing. It also makes the game a lot more complex to build and would take him a lot longer. :-)

That be said your ideas are always welcome and will help make RPC a great game!

I never intended for this list to be completely included, I just wanted to make sure nothing was forgotten.

Lots of great ideas! It'll definitely be interesting to see how many Ray can include in the eventual final product. Thanks for taking the time to suggest them. :)

I'll start off by building a bunch of opium dens and getting any mob in range so high that they fall on the ground #WinningStrategy

I wish I knew how to put all this stuff in the compilation thread :mellow:  Some buildings seem to be just a decoration, some have a purpose, and some have no description  :P
