Been playing for... Long time, in cycles of playing like a fiend for a month, then wandering off for a year to come back for new features.
So, this time around, to my eye...
(+): The current stable build is really good, and the game feels basically 'finished'. It runs smoothly and feels *very* stable relative to a lot of prior iterations. The majority of the minor changes have added up really nicely, and the presence of the trash system is a neat new arrival.
(-): The current difficulty is really low this go-round, and the trash feels a bit... enthusiastically applied (this second one is up for fix, looks like).
The unstable additions look to be shaping up really nicely; I'll be diving into those tonight.
I remain convinced that "Expensive crystal light source what creates corruption resistance, and that's all" would be a valuable add-on, but that's pretty much the only nifty bit concept that's stuck with me as desirable and absent through multiple rounds of coming and going from the game.
