[InDev 33d / Windows 10] Startup Crash

Hello, I am trying to run this game on an old computer at my parents house, and I'm getting a startup crash everytime. Have done basic troubleshooting already. 

 

AMD FX™-8310 Eight-Core Processor 3.40 GHz

8 GB Ram

No sound device found. Need to have speakers, headphones, something, so the computer has an active sound device, or OpenAL freaks out and crashes the game.
