Seemingly Random Crash During Night, Null Pointer Exception.

Sorry if you already know about this bug, I looked through the first page of bug reports and didn't see it. The known bugs link on the stickied thread also seems to be dead.
 
- Your operating system: Windows 10
 
- Java version: Not sure, cat find out if relevant.
 
- System specs, mainly your CPU, Graphics Card and RAM: 
       Intel i3 4370
       8 gb ram
       AMD radeon 7800 hd
       
 
- If the bug causes a crash, please include the stacktrace from the crash. Stacktraces are in the /logs/ folder.
