[3169226/Windows] - Game crashes during start-up

Hello! So, I got as far as picking where to place my village on the world map but it crashed. Since then, upon launching the game I get the title splash but subsequently the screen will go white and the whole game will crash.

 

Edit: I should clarify, 3169226 is the BuildID given to me by Steam. Let me know if I should find different info.

 

OS: Windows 64bit

Java: Version 8 Update 191 (updated it and tried again before posting this)

CPU:  Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz

Graphics Card: GeForce GT 550M
RAM: 16295 Mb

I have made sure the game was using my graphics card and not my integrated chip and I have tried launching the game without Steam.

P.S. I saw the other bug mentioning crashing on start-up and Ive tried launching it with and without headphones.

There's no crash in that log, which means it's java itself crashing, not the game. All I can do atm is point you at https://steamcommuni...01877515063742/ as it covers the usual culprits for such issues.
