InDev 31e /Win 7 Day 20 Crash after emigrate

During Day 20 on 'surivial island', i assigned a person to emigrate. Its the first time i have used this feature. After a few minutes the game crashed and keeps crashing when i load up the map.

Select the region on the world map, hold shift, and try the 'reset ai' button that should appear. If that doesn't fix it, Ray may need to help you.

I tried the reset ai button but the game keeps crashing at the same point. Then i used the savegame rollback (which also appears while holding shift) to before i assigned migrants. I played till day 21 without crash.
After a bloodmoon phase between day 20/21 the game was basiccally lost for me, i put as many migrants as i could. The game crashed a few minutes later.
I backed up my whole profile-folder, before i used the rollback feature, incase anyone wants to look at it?
