InDev 31E -Win 10 - Crash on Day 19 Morning- Midday Transition

Exactly as the title says. I was sending migrants and resources to a new region, harvesting wood, stone, and crystal, and constructing a play tower constructing a spray tower. The game crashes when it tries to transition from morning to midday every time I reload (I have tried 5 times now)
