Could someone tell me how it's made Rise to Ruins, which is the programming language and how it's made ?

It's possibile to translate or help to translate in another language ?

It's in Java, and currently there's no (reasonable) way to translate it. But I'll be adding workshop support to allow it in the future.

Still planned, but no work has been officially started yet.

Should be quite easy to translate if you decompile and then recompile source code. I'm too lazy to try that though, and messing with the bytecode made the game crash on launch.
