Hi!

I’m building a top down game for iOS and noticed the patches of dark grass (and other materials) in your game. It all looks great and flows together wonderfully. How did you achieve this?

My attempt at this was to make 9 “patchy” grass tiles for each side and use these tiles to construct the patches. My issue is that these patches don”t look good when used in any other combination than a 10 tile patch.

How did you achieve this? Is my problem simply because I need to make each tile “match” up with other patch tiles (they already match with the tiles touching them)?

Thank you!

I can't answer your question, but it might help if you turn on the grid (click the "Data Views" button and then select "Grid" from the list).  That way you can see the delineations between the individual tiles.
