Often I am not sure if I surely know where I have to put roads. I mostly put them on chokepoints, or checkpoints, like defense parameters or ressource spots.
But still, sometimes I see people not using my roads, as they need to go somewhere I didn't expect them to go to.
To solve this I thought about an overlay, like accessability or tile speed, which indicates which tiles are used very often, so I can see where a road would be good, and where not.
I imagine this like this:

(values multiplied by population)
Also I can imagine an auto-mode for waymakers, which you can define aut road-level designation by usage per day.
I dont know how it actually works, that much movement creates basic roads, but by code, it could work same as that, just that more walking people dont create a road, but a road designation, if toggled in waymaker shack.
